VINYASA FLOW

POWER VINYASA

FRIDAY 8-9AM

Power yoga is an athletic style of yoga with emphasis in core work, that focuses on building strength, stamina, and flexibility. It involves fast-paced sequences that flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, creating a challenging and invigorating practice that promotes sweat, detoxification and calorie burn.

EMBODIED VINYASA

Embodied Vinyasa is a mindful and introspective yoga practice that encourages a profound connection between mind, body through intuitive exploration of fluid movements and postures. It cultivates deep presence and centering, while the added warmth promotes circulation and detoxification.

VINYASA YIN FUSION

This slower pased practice combines the dynamic flow of Vinyasa yoga with the calming essence of Yin yoga to help you find balance, restore your mind and body, and reset your nervous system. Grounding elements, breath work, and mindful movement are incorporated to promote deep relaxation and overall well-being

VINYASA KUNDALINI FLOW
