OVERVIEW

Afterglow Yoga’s 200-hour in person yoga teacher training provides an opportunity to deeply enrich your practice and understanding of yoga. This comprehensive YTT will give you a strong foundation for yoga philosophy and practice through detailed videos, readings, workbooks, handouts, and lectures.

Afterglow Yoga’s 200-hour foundational training empowers you to confidently practice and share the transformative benefits of yoga. Designed for all levels of experience, our training will elevate you from where you are to where you aspire to be as a practitioner and new teacher.

This is an immersive in-person training and will include flexible online sessions providing a comprehensive education.

CERTIFICATION

Through our program, you can work through the curriculum at your own convenience or attend any of our live zoom calls held during the week.

This is an incredibly transformative experience! 

Upon completion, you will receive a hard copy of your Aligned Yoga 200hr certification in a special graduation ceremony on Maui. This can be applied to obtain your Yoga Alliance certification if desired.

Training Consists of:

  • Practice: Create and maintain your personal practice. Connect with yourself through movement, song and breath.

  • Training Sessions: Put your knowledge into practice, with live guidance. Observe and shadow live classes with Rhema

  • Assignments: Complete assignments designed to support your journey

  • Workshops: Learn skills through guided practical lectures and exercises meant to support you to develop your practice and teaching

  • Practicum: Practice teaching live classes while receiving feedback from Rhema

  • Live Feedback: Get personalized advice and assessments from Rhema and your YTT peers.

  • Guest Instructors: Learn from the best in their field
